Holiday Apartment Rosengarten – Farm Stay in Steinegg, South Tyrol



The 75 m² "Rosengarten" apartment is located on Heiglerhof, a working dairy farm just 4.5 km from Steinegg in Eggental (South Tyrol). Perfect for families and couples seeking a relaxing farm holiday. Cows, calves, chickens, and cats offer an authentic experience. The apartment on the second floor accommodates up to 6 guests with two double bedrooms, one featuring an extra sofa bed. The open-plan kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, toaster, filter coffee maker, moka pot, and kettle. Dish soap, tea towels, hand soap, and toilet paper are provided. Enjoy views of the Rosengarten, part of the UNESCO World Heritage Dolomites, from the balcony.



A bread delivery service with fresh croissants, rolls, farm-fresh milk, eggs, and jam is available on request for an extra charge. The shared outdoor sauna with panoramic views is open daily until 9:30 pm. Wi-Fi, baby cot, children’s bed, and high chair are provided free of charge. Bed linen and towels are included; towel changes during your stay are available for an extra charge. The communal outdoor area features a sunbathing lawn, garden, barbecue, terrace, playground, and open bike storage. A washing machine on the ground floor can be used for an extra fee.



The area offers many hiking trails, e-bike routes, and climbing opportunities. In winter, the ski resorts Carezza, Obereggen, and Seiser Alm are 25–30 minutes away. Steinegg has two small grocery shops for daily needs. Bolzano is about 30 minutes by car. The nearest bus stop is 2 km away. Arrival by car is recommended. Pets are not allowed.
