"The apartment overall was great it had all our needs and was very clean and tidy. AC was a must and it was perfect for the room. However, just a few nitpicks I’ve got to mention, on two occasions, once including our arrival from the airport, the main door to get into the apartment was locked so we was locked out for a while but maintenance was speedy in coming to fix the issue. "I flew from the US. Arrived between 6am-7am. Was concerned they would either canceled my reservation or made me pay ahead due to my arrival time (happened when I visited London). However, was far from the case. They were so accommodating and helpful, that alone is enough to stay there if I come back to Barcelona. I had a triple room since I came with my two grown sons.
