"The hotel is in a super location on the lake, with stunning views. The hotel rooms are quite basic and dated. Carpets in hallways dirty and threadbare. Restaurant food was good, but service over our 5 day stay was incredibly disappointing and impersonal. We were constantly chasing staff for service, which was very annoying. The breakfast set-up is poor, disorganised and no one really in charge to keep things running smoothly. The pool and spa area are lovely and definitely a highlight."

"Very clean apartment but no amenities what so ever not even a kettle. Amazing shower. No air con instructions. Patio and garden very scruffy and full of weeds including the barbecue, it could be made so much tidier very easily."
