"Property is beautiful, staff was amazing. Staff was friendly and made us feel welcomed. My charger broke and I tried to buy a replacement at the gift shop but they didn't have the one I needed. The front desk staff offered to charge for me. Great customer service!!!"

"Went for a week on family vacation with my husband and 2 young boys. We absolutely love everything about this resort. The resort is stunning! The decor had us in awe! The room is spacious and nice loved the balcony with the chairs, the food was excellent and the pools and water park was 10/10! We enjoyed our stay! "

"Our stay at Princess Senses was amazing! Things started off rocky but the staff took care of us! There's a little bit of everything to do. Food is great. Entertainment is on point, Views are to die for! Spa service is great. Big shout out to Clive at the front desk, Andrew the bellman supervisor, waiting staff and guest services. They went above and beyond to ensure my husband and I had a great stay. For sure we'll be returning soon, probably with our kiddos to the grand side. Highly recommend!
