"I happen to be disabled, using a rollator/medical transport to walk, or be pushed by my husband. There are NO ELEVATORS! They had no rooms available on the ground floor. So I could not stay there. The front desk staff was very helpful finding a different hotel."
"Great set up for large groups. One large primary suite with bath on top floor where the kitchen, great room, and dining are. Well stocked kitchen to cook and serve large groups. Three en suite king and queen bedrooms with its own private baths on the middle level and another two bunk bed bedrooms that share a buddy bath. Lower level has pool table rec room area and two additional bedrooms that share a hall bath. Plenty of space to spread out. Decks on all three levels. Awesome pool, beach volleyball. and other outdoor games. A owner was in constant contact with suggestions and making sure we were taken care of."
"I loved having a room with an outdoor space, and it's wonderful that this hotel is completely pet-friendly. When my dog was afraid to go on the elevator, Adam at the front desk helpfully moved me to a first-floor room. The hotel has its own private beach access, and the pool area is very nice, with plenty of options for kids and adults. I forgot my beach chair, but they work with a vendor that provides beach chairs and umbrellas and lets you charge them to your room, so you don't have to carry cash or your wallet to the beach. My one minor complaint is that the ceiling fans need to be cleaned regularly. In both rooms I stayed in, they were caked in dust, but it was nice to have a ceiling fan to keep the air moving."

"Kevin was great. When we arrived, the upstairs ac initially was working but by the evening it had stopped. The next morning I contacted Kevin and he had someone out to fix it within a few hours. The house was great for the location and our needs. Kevin was very kind and allowed us to check in early while we were in between houses for our work. I will keep him and his properties in mind for future stays."
"Amazing location. A few bumps with getting in touch with the host/check in instructions, and the AC went out in the middle of the night, but luckily it was cool enough that we stayed comfortable. Very minimal kitchen supplies, and the closest store is a long way back, so be sure to bring your own coffee, ice, etc. Great porch, hot tub was great, and the beach is gorgeous."
"Tracy’s recommendations for things to do and directions about getting on and off the beach were great! (Definitely follow his guidance vs google maps which takes you over a more challenging dune). The house was amazing and fit our group of 14 phenomenally. The kitchen is well equipped for just about anything you may need. Everyone enjoyed the hot tub and cinema. The pool can get pretty sandy with the wind, but Tracy is very responsive if needed! Remember toiletries! We had kiddos with us and didn’t pack any so it made for an awkward first hour while some of them patiently waited for the Food Lion run before using the bathroom. Lots of sand toys and a few boogie boards which helped entertain everyone without having to lug things in. The horses love the backyard. We had rain the first couple of days and didn’t see any, but by the end the horses were in the yard several times a day. They can be curious so remember the 50 ft rule. The ability to disconnect and enjoy the simple things was unlike any other vacation we’ve taken. Even my teenagers were boogie boarding and flying kites. We spent hours on the beach with no one else within 1000ft of us! Highly recommend!"

"The house description was accurate, everything that was said to be included along with the toiletries was there. Although i will say the charcoal grill was unable to be used as it was sort of rusty but everything else was perfect! Definitely saw many wild horses and it was a short walk to the beach!"
