The Fitzgerald (14 Bedrooms): Top-floor bridal suite with panoramic ocean views. Main level has the primary grand room (seats 60+ for reception), professional kitchen, and ceremony-ready oceanfront deck. Eight bedrooms on the main level for the wedding party and family. Ground floor has five more bedrooms, game room with bar, pool and hot tub, and private boardwalk to the beach.

The Hemingway (14 Bedrooms): Main level features the second grand room, professional kitchen, and a private media room with projector (seats 20). Eleven bedrooms with ensuite baths across upper levels. Ground floor has a second game room, second pool and hot tub, outdoor cabana bar, and direct beach access.

The estate sits on Corolla's exclusive 4x4 beach — accessible only by four-wheel-drive vehicle. No passing traffic. No public beach access at this stretch. No neighboring resort noise. The 4x4 requirement creates natural privacy for your event. Wild Corolla horses roam freely along this beach.
