Ground Level: An entertainment haven, Moondancer’s lower level features a fully renovated rec room with a pool table, Bluetooth stereo, and a brand new big screen smart TV with cable, streaming, and HDMI gaming hookup. The rec room boasts new flooring and a kitchenette with a full-sized refrigerator and microwave, plus a laundry room. Two bedrooms on this level sleep up to six–one main bunkroom with an attached full bath and one bedroom with a streaming-enabled smart TV. Step through the sliding glass door into a fenced backyard featuring a huge private pool and brand new hot tub within a picturesque trellis and spacious outdoor shower. A gas grill, lounge chairs, and plenty of seating round out this outdoor oasis! Mid Level: Moondancer’s middle level is a quiet retreat featuring three bedrooms and a private office/den. The main bedroom features a full bathroom, cable TV, and private deck access. A second bedroom features a large bay window overlooking the cul-de-sac and a smart TV. A cozy office/den features a sitting area for reading and relaxing and a desk for remote work. Rounding out this level is a full hallway bath and beautiful foyer library with a slider opening onto the second level deck (with pool access). Top Level: Moondancer’s upper level is bright and airy, featuring a spacious open concept floorplan with bamboo floors, a newly renovated kitchen, a living area with plush new sofas, and a powder room. - Dog Crate is provided: The dog crate is 28\' wide on the door side, 42\' long and 30\' high with plastic. The crate is suitable for a large dog. The crate is usually located in the 2nd floor office closet. Bluetooth stereo system The private pool is unheated and has pool floats (including electric pumps) and toys. Sliding doors with pool access feature child safety alarms. Three beach wagons/carts, two umbrellas, five beach chairs, corn hole, bocce ball, and other games, sand toys, and several boogie boards provided You will be required to sign an additional lease agreement upon making a booking which will be sent to your email. You will not be able to check-in until we have received your signature electronically. Please contact us directly if you do not receive this agreement. Private Pool Dates: The private pool is open May 1st through October 15th. The private pool is unavailable outside of these dates. Community pools are typically available for guest use Memorial Day through Labor Day and subject to close without notice.
