  • This pretty coastal retreat enjoys close proximity to the beach and great ocean views, as well as a private pool and hot tub. Large decks extend your living area. Its quiet cul-de-sac location provides parents a comfort level with children on bikes.

    Ground Level: Features a great rec room with 55 in. HDTV,a new pool table, wet bar with under counter wine cooler, full size refrigerator and access to pool deck. A Queen bedroom with TV, and a full bath are on this level.

    Mid Level: Has 2 Queen main bedrooms and a Queen room, all with TVs; a private den with Daybed with Trundle and a 32 in. TV; a room with Duobunk with Trundle, and a full bath.

    Top Level: Offers a large great room with gas fireplace, 47 in. TV/DVD with Bose surround sound. The well-equipped kitchen provides the tools to prepare a feast for all. A King main bedroom with whirlpool tub along with half bath complete this level.

Over all a nice home. There was a few things that needed addressed. There were extremely burnt hot dogs left on the grill. I think the people before us were pretty messy. Also a few cans and things laying around outside. There was supposed to be a beach cart but there wasn’t. It was replaced by the reality company the next day though. A few things still need fixed. I tried to let reality company know so they could fix it but no one called me or showed up to fix. There’s a bathroom door that was off hinges and a shower door that won’t shut good at all. Also sliding glass door to go out to pool doesn’t shut real well. A broom to sweep sand would be helpful there, we just ran the sweeper though. The walk to the beach isn’t bad, when carrying everything can take about 8 minutes to walk. Over all we all were happy with everything. Had a nice vacation.
