Need to relax during your next vacation? Close your eyes, count down the days... And Breathe. This unique lakefront home offers water views, convenient access to the beach and enough amenities to keep the entire family entertained.

The reverse floor plan, open-concept layout and floor-to-ceiling windows take full advantage of both the ocean and lake views from the top level. The living area flows seamlessly onto an expansive sun deck overlooking the impressive pool area. Sure to be the hub of the home during your stay, this spacious backyard retreat offers something for everyone. The kids can splash in the pool while you brush up on your golf skills using the private putting green. At dinnertime, fire up the grill and serve drinks at the tiki bar. Next to the hot tub, a covered patio area is furnished with comfortable outdoor seating for hours of poolside conversation. The fun continues back inside, with a spacious rec room on the ground level complete with pool table and wet bar. A Sea Chalet is ideal for multiple families, with two master suites and plenty of bonus space, including a loft with breathtaking views.

Getting to the beach is safe and easy using the path around the lake, with no roads to cross. Centrally located in Corolla, "And Breathe" is less than a mile away from conveniences such as grocery stores, specialty food markets, gas stations and a coffee shop, plus beach gear stores and rentals. Nearby dining and takeout services include Sun Fish Grill, Sundogs and Sooey's BBQ. For the ultimate retail therapy session, Timbuck II Shopping Village is located just a mile north, where you'll find favorites such as The Cotton Gin, The Cottage Shop and Gray's. The village also features some of Corolla's most popular restaurants including Mike Dianna's Grill Room and La Dolce Vita. After dinner, head over to Big Buck's for ice cream, followed by a round of mini golf and go carts.

The property has changed since the photos. It’s well worn and not very clean. Kitchen has very little silverware, and glassware for the number of people staying there. The screen doors are damaged and two are laying on the deck. The grill was not useable and the hot tub didn’t work. We had electrical outlets that didn’t work, which weren’t fixed. Overall very disappointing.
