Relax and enjoy all that Bermuda Banks' private pool and outdoor recreation area have to offer! Delight in the sound views across the picturesque wooden bridge from the upper sun deck. Play in the 13 x 26 private pool with plenty of poolside loungers, or soak in the comfortable 4-person hot tub. When it's time to fire up the grill, the large patio with picnic table and multi-level decks connected with outside steps makes backyard barbecue time so easy! Other outdoor features include: screened porch, enclosed outside shower, fenced yard and horse shoe pit.

Indoors at Bermuda Banks is also sure to delight! Three common areas - a spacious upper-level great room, a mid-level den that features a Keurig (pods not included), and a lower level rec room - ensure plenty of space for everyone to stretch out and relax. Enjoy being surrounded by authentic Bermudian artwork throughout the home and themed bedrooms named after parishes in Bermuda.

All TV's offer Roku streaming, and a five-speaker Yamaha sound system on the top level can be used for playing music. The large kitchen island seats four, the dining area seats ten, and still more seating is available on the easily accessed screened porch, as well as in the ship's watch where you can also read, play games and take in the awesome sunsets. The rec room features a multi-game table, TV, wet bar with mini-fridge, and microwave. There's also a ping-pong table located in the garage.

Additional conveniences at Bermuda Banks include: two full-size refrigerators (one in garage), double sinks in each master bath, and a full bath accessible directly from the pool patio area and the rec room.
