The vast outdoor space, a private pool, hot tub, poolside lounge, large shaded and sun decks with plenty of furniture and convenient beach access across the street will allow everyone to enjoy sun, sand, and water whenever they want.

'Cool Change' offers a perfect location just minutes to many Corolla restaurants, shopping, golf and more. After your day of fun and sun, relax in the hot tub. Only 30 yards to beach access.

Upper Level: Great Room w/TV/DVD, Dining Area w/8 Chairs (seating expanded to 10 w/leaf), Kitchen Bar w/4 Bar seats, Coffee Bar / Wine Bar, Kitchen is fully stocked, Powder Room, Bathroom with Tub, Awesome views from almost every window, Adirondack Chairs and Porch Furniture, Direct Beach Access across the street.
