Excellent Host and Home!!
E-Sea-Living was just that. The host anticipated all our needs having everything set up. We only needed to bring ourselves. The beach is a short walk and all the food or services are less than a 5 minute drive. We had a blast. Wish we had extended our stay.

Great house
House was perfect for our family and found house better than pictures. Very clean, well stocked for anything we needed and short walk to beach. Erika was a great host! Communication was was excellent, checked In proactively to make sure everything was good and a nice bottle of wine waiting for us. Would definitely stay again!

Really was easy
My family of 5 came down last minute and Erika, the host was very helpful. We had some issues with linens (not host, but linen company) and things were taken care of right away. The house was clean and comfortable. The ac and fans did a good job of keeping the house cool even during a hot hot week. The kitchen was a bit disorganized from renter use, so it seemed maybe some things like measuring cups/spoons were missing, but we may not have found them. Not a big deal, we went out most of the time anyway. It really was an easy walk to the beach, and the outside shower had hot and cold water, which was nice. We were visited by little green frogs on the windows attached to the deck at night, which were cute from inside. They were after the bugs, which were easily avoided on the screen porch. Would definitely stay here again, house worked great and Erika was top notch.

Fantastic stay - don't scroll past this one.
Great beach house - very clean and lots of amenities. Appreciated the beach items (less to pack!). Kitchen was well stocked and nice welcome gift on arrival. The owner was quick to reply and the whole process was so easy. Great layout and loved all the seating in the living room. I would definitely book again!

Nice stay!

Just What We Needed
Exactly what we needed! I was looking for a last minute rental which is nearly impossible in the Outer Banks! Erika is an amazing host, she responds quickly and made the whole process smooth. The house was clean and in a great location. A short walk to the beach and a short drive to the grocery store/local shops/attractions.

All You'll Need, Plus Nice and Clean!
A lovely home with great sofas, a big, adjustable t.v., and a big dining table perfect for family game nights (plus a fabulous cabinet supply of games)! Clean, clean, clean and a close walk to the beach (or cut the close walk by half with a drive to public parking that's halfway to the beach). This house has all you'll need and many updated features (lights, great a.c., kitchen appliances, nice bathrooms). Also close to North Water Sports (parasailing!), two grocery stores (Harris Teeter and Food Lion), and Wild Horse Tours on a Hummer. Loved our stay!

Peaceful escape, short walk from great beach
My family and I had a really nice experience at this property and enjoyed its open layout, porch and deck, and closeness to the beach. Erika and Daniel were very kind and responsive hosts.

Great place to get away
We had a great time we went out on the 4 wheel drive beach most every day. It is a quiet place and very convenient and comfortable. I sleep 80% of my time there is was so nice. Thanks

Family vacation
We stayed here with our family of 7 (2 adults, 5 kids), and it was the perfect size for us. The first floor was open and spacious. The bedrooms were a good size. The whole house was very clean, with a well equipped kitchen. The owners were responsive and easy to work with. We’d definitely stay here again.

A great getaway with old friends
Erika and Daniel's place was perfect for a much needed getaway. The house is lovely, clean, nicely decorated and thoughtfully stocked. They were quick to answer questions and provided great suggestions. Great location - we walked to the beach and biked everywhere else.

Wonderful stay!!
We had a wonderful time in Corolla at E-sea-livin'! The house is in a great location (short walk to the beach and short drive to restaurants), the kitchen was well stocked, and the furnishings and decor were really nice, comfortable and clean. Great deck and screen porch (perfect for a cup of coffee in the morning or relaxing while reading a good book). The hosts were responsive and helpful. Overall, it was a great getaway before the school year started back up- we hope to return and do the same thing next year!

A Great Escape, Incredibly Well Stocked, Great Owner Communication
We felt very lucky to find this place with the big surge of rentals this summer. Erika was super communicative and helpful. I have been coming to Duck/Corolla for 20 years and this was one of my best experiences. The house was super clean and very well stocked with everything we needed. Short walk to the beach. Loved the screened in porch. Couldn't have been happier! Thanks so much Erika and Daniel!

Perfect beach house!
We were very nervous reserving this property last minute since it has no reviews on VRBO! But we are glad that we took that chance! The house is two blocks from the beach and right next to the beach access. The kitchen is fully stocked, nice and comfortable living and dinning room furnitures, beds were very comfortable too! They have plenty of books and board games to entertain our family. The icing on the cake was how Erika and Dan, the property owners, were very easy to reach via text. Thank you! Your first renter.
