This well-maintained home in Pine Island is packed with amenities that will keep the entire family entertained throughout your stay, including a heated saltwater pool, hot tub, and game room with a pool table and bar/kitchenette. The oceanside location and neighborhood beach access make getting to the ocean hassle-free. Load up the beach cart to easily transport all of your gear, toys and snacks to the nearby access, just a three minute walk from the house.

With almost 4,000 square feet of comfortably furnished living space, Island Breeze is ideal for extended families or multiple groups vacationing together. Six of the eight bedrooms include ensuite baths for plenty of privacy. The open-concept great room can accommodate large gatherings and encourages quality time spent with family and friends. Soaring vaulted ceilings and floor-to-ceiling windows make the space feel even more expansive and airy. The chef in your group will appreciate the spacious kitchen overlooking the great room, where they can still socialize while preparing meals. With a dining table that seats twelve and bar seating at the kitchen for four more, everyone can sit down and dine together. The Ships Watch also provides table seating for four, an ideal space for playing card games or hosting poker night.

The fun continues downstairs in the rec room with a pool table, comfortable seating, four TV's and a kitchenette equipped with a full-size refrigerator and microwave - perfect for poolside drinks and snacks! Outside, take a dip in the private saltwater pool (which can be heated certain times of the year) or soak in the hot tub. A half bath on the ground level can be conveniently accessed directly from the pool area.

Island Breeze is located in the prestigious private community of Pine Island, which provides guests with exclusive access to two outdoor pools, tennis, basketball and a playground. Best of all, a neighborhood beach access is just a short walk away, with no major roads to cross. For guests who want to experience both Corolla and Duck, Pine Island is situated between the two towns and offers the best of both worlds. Metropolis Tapas & Martini Bar, Northern Outer Banks Brewing Company and Bluewater Seafood Market are less than half a mile away.

No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Please note that the umbrellas in the pool area are not available for guest use. One of the ovens did not work. The house was not very clean. A few of the bathrooms had discolored tiles and grout.
