    Offers ocean views and just a short distance to the beach. Enjoy seeing the horses wandering the dunes, spend days at the beach or relax at the end of the day in the hot tub. 
    Ground Level: Exterior amenities include a covered hot tub and a charcoal park-style grill. 
    Mid Level: This level offers all 3 bedrooms that include a King Master Bedroom with flat-screen TV and private bathroom, a Queen Bedroom with flat-screen TV, a Bedroom with a DuoBunk and flat-screen TV. Full hall bathroom for these 2 bedrooms.
    Laundry area with washer and dryer. 
    Top Level: Great room with flat-screen TV with sound bar and deck access. Dining room with seating for 8 and deck access, and a well-equipped kitchen with stainless appliances, air fryer, Keurig Coffee maker and breakfast bar seating 5.
    Half bathroom. 
    Extras: 4x4 parking passes (please return or $100 if lost).
    Hot Tub, 4 TVs, sound bar, charcoal park-style grill, high speed internet access, Keurig, blender, and linens and towels provided.
    No Smoking. No Pets.
    Full week rentals only.

    Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bath mat for each shower or tub.

Exceptionally clean and convenient to the beach. Well thought out design with all of the essentials for a wonderful beach vacation. Wild horses came by several times during our stay.

Amazing Stay

Amazing house where the horses roamed so close you could watch them from the deck with the ocean in the background. The house was brand new and gorgeous. The owners were very helpful with tips on how to get in and out during the tides and answered any questions quickly. You absolutely need a good car to get here! This house is a sure one to return to!

Get from crowded Carolla

This is a brand new beach house on the second row from oceanfront. We had a beautiful ocean view. This area is much less developed and built up than The rest of OBX. The house is very well stocked. We loved it.

My wife and I had a blast at John’s place. It was our first time to the 4x4 beaches and will be a visitor again. John’s place was fully stocked with anything we needed, wifi was fast, and was very clean.

Very clean and nice house! 1 block from the beach, but you don’t have to worry about walking because you can drive your 4x4 right on the beach! Kitchen, dining and family room 5 stars!

House was very well maintained and kitchen was well equipped. The beds were very comfortable and bedding/pillows were clean and newer and you can tell they don’t skimp on that. House is a close to beach and the beach is beautiful. We saw the wild horses almost every morning near the house.

The house could have been cleaner floors where dirty bathroom still had trash in can, and could have a few more towels for use, hot water was non existent. Shower was lukewarm at best. But overall house was sufficient for our stay and our friends enjoyed the experience of being right on the 4x4 area.
