TERRAPIN POINT is fully furnished with high end beach decor and finishes, with an open concept living room / kitchen and vaulted ceilings throughout to provide a spacious feel and room for all. Community Pool steps from your door open May-Oct. dates tbd
The fully equipped kitchen boasts stainless steel appliances, sparkling quartz countertops, and a grand island to seat 6. Grab your morning cup of joe with an easy to use Keurig, relax on the front patio and enjoy the fresh air, cook on your private gas grill, while the children run around the large grassy field, and rinse off after a day at the beach with your private outdoor shower.

The 2 Queen bedrooms come with vaulted ceilings, closet, dresser storage and Smart TVs. Master Bedroom 1 has an Ensuite Bathroom with sparkling quartz countertops and a large standup tiled shower. Master Bedroom 2 has a full length mirror, a private entry to the 2nd full Bathroom with Shower/Tub Combo and Sparkling Quartz Countertop, this bathroom also provides access from the main living space.

Relax after a long day at the beach in the highly appointed living room, with a large flat screen smart tv with Spectrum Cable. The sofa folds out to a queen bed for your extra guests. High Speed internet/wifi is provided for your family to enjoy.

Private full size washer and dryer located in the hallway closet.

Upgraded luxury bed linens with beds made, bath towels, hand towels and washcloths provided.

The Condo was very clean and comfortable with great amenities. We loved that each room had lots of hangers and extra pillows and blankets. The instructions were very easy to follow and the host left great recommendations for just about any category of activity we could think of. I would definitely recommend to anyone interested in staying in the northern shores region of the Outer Banks.

Wonderful new cottage

Perfectly new cottage that was very clean and well stocked. Two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms were great. Good location as it's a few minute walk to the beach. Host was very communicative and left thorough instructions (both before the visit and at the house). Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Nice, quiet place and clean one level unit. All dishes and pots and pans to prepare all meals if you wanted to. We drove to public parking for our beach time. We enjoyed our stay.

Great location! Great host!

My husband and I had never been to the Outer Banks, so we didn’t quite know what to expect. Sooo glad we went with this location. It was so close to everything one might need. Just minutes from the beach, wild horses, stores, restaurants, etc. Lisa was very prompt with her communications. The place was extremely clean. Would stay here again - without question.

Girls Getaway

Very nice place, only drawback pool is smaller than it looks. And really the beach is too far away not walkable especially if you had to lug stuff. Was a relaxing week just wish the beach was closer and the pool was bigger.

Corolla Beach House

Lisa is an excellent property manager for this perfect OBX beach house! We visited Corolla in the off-season, but house and attention given to us were as if it was peak season. EXCELLENT in every regard! The beach is a short walk away, restaurants and the Village are closeby, and the neighborhood is so quiet and peaceful. The house had everything we needed, and more. 5 stars!

First trip to Corolla and not our last!

The condo was clean and well-maintained. The kitchen was well-stocked with pans, utensils, etc. We didn’t feel like we were missing anything and cooked quite a bit while we were there. There was a little hiccup with the key pad lock upon our arrival, but Lisa fixed it as soon as she got our messages. She was so helpful and available for questions, etc. We would definitely stay again.
