Treasure Island is a six bedroom, five-and-a-half bath Oceanfront retreat set at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac in Pine Island. With new owners in late 2024, the home has been extensively refreshed with significant updates, including a complete exterior repaint, new landscaping and outdoor lighting, nearly all new furniture, rugs, artwork and light fixtures. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped to challenge even the most ambitious chef, complete with Calphalon cookware. Pool can be heated for an additional weekly fee of $500 (plus tax). Pool temperatures vary in degree of warmth and temperature cannot be guaranteed. Pool heaters typically heat the pool 10 degrees above ambient air temperature. Refunds will not be issued due to inclement weather or pool temperature.

Linens and towels provided at no additional cost. This home will provide sheets for all beds and the beds will be made with the exception of sleep sofas, top bunks and trundle beds in which case the sheets are provided. This home also provides 1 bath towel and 1 wash cloth per person the house sleeps, 2 hand towels per full bathroom, 1 hand towel per half bathroom and a bathmat for each shower or tub.
