This 6 bedroom vacation home on the fairway in The Currituck Club features a 16' x 32' private pool, hot tub, elevator. Currituck Club amenities are many and include access to several community pools, tennis, trolley service and more.

Jetted tub, 3 Master suites, poolside speakers, WIFI, the gas fireplace, 2 refrigerators, 2 dishwashers. Rec Room with wet bar, foosball, pack-n-play, high chair, grill, enclosed outside shower, and garage.

This elegant, well-appointed home in The Currituck Club offers the ultimate in peace and relaxation. Unwind in the heated private pool, star gaze in the hot tub, play a round of golf, just relax on the deck with an ice cold drink and a good book…Come coast awhile!

No pets allowed. No smoking/vaping. Parking for 5-6 cars. All trolleys run from Saturday of Memorial Day weekend through Labor Day. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates and pool heat information, including details regarding the optional pool heat fee.

July 2018 Stay

Great house for our extended family of 15 and two dogs. Upstairs refrigerator/freezer didn’t work well. Dryer needed servicing and wooden deck is very weathered. We removed a lot of splinters over the week. Otherwise a great stay for our family vacation.

Pool deck was in need of cleaning (significant mildew and weeds) and pool was in need of servicing. Despite repeated calls to Village Realty, it was not serviced until Thursday. Cooktop didn’t work and power went out downstairs several times. House needs a deep cleaning

Unfortunately the home was not ready at 4pm. We arrived and the cleaners were still in the house and when we entered no one was able to answer our questions. They left at 4:40pm. As they were leaving we noticed they did not clean or make the beds in the downstairs bedroom or cleaned out some bags that were left in the elevator, we had to stop them and the response was they didn't know there was a bedroom downstairs??? Which led me to believe that they had not cleaned at all downstairs. Outside of house was covered in cobwebs, the realty company did come back the next day to do a power wash. As we did further inspection- TV's and remotes were all dusty, counter tops on Kitchen were sticky and light fixtures and ceiling fans had cobwebs and tons of dust. We arrived on Sunday, by Tuesday because of the rain the pool was filthy- we called and were told they would not be out to clean the pool until Thursday. They told us to use the net but there was no way we could get everything out with the net. Someone

June 2017 Stay

There were a few "hiccups" when we arrived (told house was ready early but when got there it wasn't, LOTS of small dead frogs in the pool, incorrect wifi code/password given to us, dirty deck furniture) BUT, each issue was handled in a timely and efficient manner facilitated by Everett at Village Realty. The house is lovely and extremely well equipped. The pool was wonderful once the frogs were cleared out on a daily basis. The frog issue was rampant in every home in the area with a pool so it's not unique to this home. The down side of the Currituck Club, in my opinion, is that you have no private ocean or sound access. You have to use the public beach access which is about 1.5 miles down Rt 12. The trolley runs frequently enough so we never felt like we were stranded at the beach. Overall it was a great vacation and that was due in a big part to the home and Village Realty.

Absolutely one of the best vacations our family has had. Everyone was so inviting and helpful. We can't say thank you enough times. Great home, great location and great service...what more could we ask for?
