In addition to pristine coastline, Ocean Sands is rich with vegetation and wildlife. A seven-acre fresh water lake is stocked for fishing and is a haven for ducks, egrets, and other waterfowl. Enjoy kayaking and fishing! *Community pool not available with this rental.*



Ocean Sands is conveniently located near Corolla attractions, restaurants, water sports, and shopping. The Currituck Club Golf Course, designed by Rees Jones, is directly across the street from Ocean Sands.

Trust & Safety Fee

Our company applies a single, nonrefundable fee for a Safely Protection Policy. We do not collect a security deposit. A Safely Protection Policy (short-term rental insurance) ensures that the guest, the home and its contents are protected during the stay.

From time to time, our homes may require preventative or emergency maintenance. While we make every effort to avoid any interruptions to your stay, Sojourn reserves the right to access the property after providing 24 hours’ written notice.
