Seaduction is a classic beach retreat, tastefully furnished with all the amenities you will need including your own private pool and hot tub and a short walk to the beach access. Large decks on the mid and upper level provide ample space for everyone. Enjoy the ocean breeze and catch a glimpse of the ocean from the upper sun deck. The great room is expansive and has room for everyone to gather for TV/Movie time, dining and preparing delicious meals in the well-equipped kitchen with a Keurig or dine out on the screened in porch. Three bedrooms with private baths and deck access. The lower level is the perfect spot to hang out in the rec room with a pool table which also has a full-size refrigerator an microwave.
Ocean Sands is conveniently located close to grocery stores, restaurants, shopping and many outdoor activities.
No pets allowed - pet free. No smoking/vaping. Fireplace not available for guest use. Please refer to the Rental Agreement while reviewing Rules & Policies for pool opening/closing dates.
