"We enjoyed the house with our grown children and grandchildren. All of them enjoyed the game room downstairs. There kids enjoyed the sunroom where they could hang out and do arts and crafts, and the adults enjoyed the living room for dirty Santa and football. The kitchen is well appointed with everything we needed and the beds and linens were very comfortable. The deck was nice for sitting outside. The kids all want to go back in the summer when they can use the kayaks and get out on the water. It was easy trip to Walmart for supplies and restaurants, too. The hosts were very communicative about instructions to get into the house, and when we had an issue with the front door lock. They were great. We would stay again."

"We played two rounds of golf in Hot Springs Village. Courses were in outstanding condition. The natural beauty of the land surrounding the golf courses is unbeatable. The home was great - perfect location, modern design, clean and well decorated. I would recommend it!"

"We hosted our 2025 Family reunion in HSV. Adults and infants traveled from NYC, LA, San Diego, N. Dakota.... The property was perfect. Enough bedrooms for all and great common areas for games and fun. The big kitchen wa a hit as we prepared meals and warmed up bottles. The water front allowed for pontoon boat docking and we enjoyed the warm water of Lake Balboa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Voted most likely to host the next reunion!"
