"We hosted our 2025 Family reunion in HSV. Adults and infants traveled from NYC, LA, San Diego, N. Dakota.... The property was perfect. Enough bedrooms for all and great common areas for games and fun. The big kitchen wa a hit as we prepared meals and warmed up bottles. The water front allowed for pontoon boat docking and we enjoyed the warm water of Lake Balboa. Check in and check out was a breeze. Voted most likely to host the next reunion!"

"This was the perfect place for our multi-generational family gathering. My husband and I hosted our 4 adult children and their families for a nice relaxing long weekend. This home has plenty of bedrooms with private bathrooms offering privacy for each family unit while the main floor and outdoor spaces are spacious enough for everyone to comfortably come together. There are two kitchens and the game room was a real winner! The lake view is beautiful and there’s a boat dock that I did not realize was there before arriving. The owners were extremely nice to work with and responded quickly to our questions. I would suggest that more serving pieces are needed in the kitchens. This large home will attract larger groups that will need bowls and platters for meal prep and serving. There was a small water-damaged spot in the kitchen’s wood floor, but it did not detract from our stay in this wonderful home. "

"Instead of taking grandchildren to Florida for our end of summer trip we went to Magic Springs and our four day stay was pleasurable! John was very attentive to my questions and comments. Kids enjoyed game area and being able to grill was very good! We like to stay in newer homes and this one was a great choice!"
