"This property was exceptional and so were the hosts! I located off of the main thoroughfare through HSV so getting to either side of the community was very convenient. For parents of young children, this house is set up for you. They have a reclining glider with nursing pillows in the master, high chairs pnp, a complete set of kids dishes. I was so impressed. Our kids loved the pool and we really enjoyed the screened in porch. The AC works exceptionally well. You can tell they have been thoughtful with extra blankets in closets and a well stocked kitchen. Highly recommend."

"Very nice property with plenty of room and good amenities. A little dated, but typical for HSV in this price range. Only negative was that there were a few dusty/dirty areas: front door was very dirty with lots of cobwebs, kitchen stove backsplash was greasy and needed a good clean, and the house was a bit dusty overall. The maid just needs some better training lol. But it was a good value for the price, hosts were nice and responsive. We would book again."

"This house is AMAZING! If you are considering this house book it! It has everything we needed and more to make our vacation so relaxing and fun. You can walk down stone steps into beautiful Lake Balboa. The water is so clean and clear and the outside setup is wonderful with beautiful sunsets. The kitchen has everything and so many games to play at night. This will be the only house we will ever stay at in HSV. The hosts were so great to communicate with."

"This house is perfect for a larger family gathering! We had grandparents and two families with young kiddos gather there and it was the perfect size. The hosts go the extra mile with labels for switches and great directions for where things are located within the house. Beds were comfortable and the house in general was cozy! A couple of things to note that I feel were note well represented in the post. The pool is actually 20 minutes driving away, it is 5 dollars per person to get in (2 and under are free). There is a cute lake beach that is 7 minute drive away. You cannot really get anywhere by walking, the whole community is very spread out, but the drives are beautiful! Communication with the host was a bit strained prior to our arrival. There is an AI system that they use that led to some miscommunications prior to our trip. Once we arrived though, we were put in touch directly with Twila, who was quick to respond via text message to any questions we had. Overall, our trip was lovely and the area is truly special!"

"Beautiful home lots of space for the family to spread out. The lake was beautiful and very peaceful. No water skiing which is fine I think thats why the water was nice and clean! They had everything we need cooking kitchen wise. We all took turns making meals. Enjoyed the kayaks and paddle board all the life jackets too! Had such a wonderful time building great memories there. We only left the place once to head into town for the day and swim at the beach. It was so nice we didn’t have any reason to leave. THANK YOU SO MUCH for the opportunity to stay at your lovely home/sanctuary!!"
