The property is charming but tired and in need of maintenance such as loose or missing tiles. Family suites are good. There is a table with 4 chairs and full kitchen. Stairs are very steep on the 2nd floor units. Be careful. Parking is a nightmare.

Great location - in the mix of several shops and restaurants and short walk to the beach. Nicely renovated, comfortable rooms. Staff was great. Worked hard on the upkeep of the common areas, court yard, pool. Parking was the only headache, if you don’t want to pay for the public garage. You can park at the beach for free during the day and in the residential area off of the hotel at night. Overall it was a great stay for my family. Would stay again.

Our room appeared to be recently updated and was quiet. I would note that some of the suites require climbing stairs which was not a problem for us but guest should be aware. The hotel is near lots of restaurants within walking distance. And there is a Mexican one onsite that is excellent. I would love to stay here again!
