"We had two rooms and asked for them to be connected if possible and they were. Any communication we had with the hotel staff before and during our stay there was friendly. Checking in and out was a simple process. We didn't use many amenities as we were busy exploring outside of the hotel area, but we did use the pool once and the whole pool area was clean and tidy. It's in a useful area with an outlet mall, Mcdonalds and Starbucks across the street and a 10 minute drive to Niagara Falls."

"Lovely property, close to everything. Friendly, patient, and accommodating staff. Room was clean and comfortable. Shower area a bit small. Nice to have the sink/mirror outside of the shower area though, so that makes up for it. We didn’t use the pool/hot tub, but they looked amazing. Nice mini food court attached. Perfectly walkable area. Would definitely stay at this hotel again."

"This was a great hotel for families. The furniture was sturdy and easy to clean and the view was stunning. The kids loved being able to see the falls and the nightly fireworks. The pool was a great amenity, however it was rather dark since the windows were covered. One downside was all the extra fees and breakfast not included. But the staff were helpful and friendly and the rooms well stocked with pillows, soaps and towels."

"The hotel's location is excellent—you have easy access to all the main attractions. The staff were friendly, polite, and helpful throughout our stay. Although the hotel is not new, it has been well maintained and was clean and comfortable. My only disappointment was with the rooms we booked. Don't rely on the photos on Expedia. We booked two rooms. The first was advertised with a view of both Falls, and both the photos and description suggested that. However, the room only overlooked the American Falls, while the Horseshoe Falls were mostly blocked by trees. When we asked about it, we were told that we would have needed to book a room on a higher floor! The second room was also disappointing. It was advertised with a city view, but there was essentially no view at all. The room had a small window that faced a wall, making it impossible to see anything outside. Overall, the hotel itself was great, but the room descriptions and photos on Expedia did not accurately reflect what we received."
