"We get to our room we did not get toothpaste, toothbrush, sleepers, and coffee…i was disappointed coz i have a guest outside canada and the service was not great.."

"I don’t understand how a hotel offers a pool, hot tub, and many more amenities that require you to lotion after but the hotel doesn’t offer any lotion. Breakfast is very minimal as in the options aren’t many, no eggs, no bacon, no sausage etc but what they had was satisfactory. Very slow elevator that was often very full, parking isn’t included and it’s an extra 26$ after tax. Good things about the hotel, the jetted tub was amazing, very large more than enough for two people, quiet hotel, great view from the upper floors, price was decent and staff was friendly "

"Was okay, was cheaper than most of the downtown hotels but $50 for parking. Bathroom was tiny and all the floot tile was lifting. Small tv as well."

"Very spacious super clean room, however fridge wasn't working until i realized the next morning that the breaker in the panel was off, flipped it on, and it was fine, however it did ruin my food i had in there. No microwave in room, its on the ground floor, and parking is not free. Staff were excellent, room service was quick."
