I had a little mosquito problem and they came in and took care of it with in a blink of an eye! It is steps from a beautiful beach and some of the best restaurants in Puerto Rico! "The layout of the house was perfect for two families with grownish children. It was well stocked, with everything you might need, including kayaks, which we had a lot of fun taking out in the bay. We had a great time.I do think it would be good to go through the house and refresh/repair a lot of the appliances. For instance, the dishwasher was hard to close and the washer only worked on delicates."
