Welcome to the Sand Shack! This beautiful unit features a front deck with views of the pool and a back deck with gulf views. The two bedroom/two bathroom condo can sleep 8 comfortably. Access to the beach at mile marker 3 and golf cart friendly. The living room and both bedrooms offer smart TV’s. The kitchen comes fully equipped. There are several beach toys including a wagon and tent for guest use. Unit also has a stackable washer and dryer.

Lovely and refreshing

The condo was so comfortable and cozy with plenty of room. So close to the ocean you could hear it from the back deck. The condo has everything would need for your trip including beach toys! We will definitely love to come back.

Very comfortable and beachy. Great wagon, chairs, toys for the beach. Beds comfortable. Easy walk to beach or to restaurants/shops/grocery store. View pool from front porch and beach from back porch. Kids DVDs, puzzles, and games. Would plan to stay here again if in the area.

Relaxing, good fun!

We loved staying at Kourtney’s condo! It met all the criteria we were looking for in a beach stay: gulf view, close walk to the beach over the sand dunes and pet friendly. The condo was clean, supplied well with comfy beds and furniture, kitchen supplies and a wonderful outside balcony with the gulf view at the end. The pool area and property were clean and maintained. Thank you and we will certainly be staying here again!

Family Getaway

Loved the location. Very quiet and easy to get to. Cleanliness was okay, but it felt a little cluttered, especially on the porch with all of the old, discarded toys, etc, and there was a pot that had been put away in the cabinets from a prior renter that still had food in it. Also, with no closet or dresser for the second bedroom, there wasn’t room to stow away or hang up clothes for those in that room. Would add a dresser for second bedroom.Enjoyed the quietness of the location and the privacy.

This condo was well furnished. Kourtney is a great host and was easy to communicate with. We are a group of lifelong friends who stayed in this condo and another one on the site. We will be back! We love Sea Isle Village!

Port A happiness!!

This is our 3rd or 4th year to stay in this condo. As always it was super clean and the process was easy! Everything we need is there and ready for us. We’re already deciding on dates for next year. Great place, would highly recommend. My family stays in other rentals on the same property, #34 is the cutest!

Annual family beach stay

My husband and I, my daughter + family, really enjoyed our stay at this condo. Very convenient location to the pool, but not too close to be bothered by any noise. The walk to the beach from condo was easy, clean + safe. Sea Isle Village overall quiet and well maintained. The condo with comfortable beds, adequate linens, + well stocked kitchen. Coastal decor very charming .+ welcoming. Courtney a great host- very helpful + responsive. Will definitely consider returning here next year!

Annual Family Vacation

We have stayed lots of different places in Port A, but I loved this property! The price was reasonable and it had everything we needed -including a gorgeous, big back balcony with a great Gulf view - perfect for morning coffee and an evening cocktail. Beds were a little firm. Kourtney was super friendly, flexible, and responded quickly to messages. The only down side for us is that it was difficult for my mother-in-law to get up and down the stairs, but I will definitely keep this property at the top of my list.

Clean, comfortable with a view!

The condo was well equipped, clean and very comfortable. The a/c was great, which is a must. There is a w/d which was very helpful. The balcony had a much better view, though at a distance, of the dunes and ocean than I was expecting! The breeze was wonderful on the balcony. We enjoyed sitting out on it each evening. The unit is on the end so no neighbors beside you. The communication with Kimberly was perfect. Would definitely stay again.

Lovely condo!

This was a last-minute reservation for a quick end-of-the-summer trip. We were so lucky to find this condo. It was perfect for our family of 5 with children ranging from 15 to 21. Clean, comfortable with a well-stocked kitchen. Plenty of sleeping arrangements. But the best part was the hosts’s conmunication, the easy access to the beach (with a partial view from the balcony) and all the beach necessities available to us at the condo! Loved the beach shade, chairs and blankets plus the wagon. Thank you for hosting us! We can’t wait to stay with you again!
