    This Fun newly listed house is located within walking distance to the Beach!! Portion C of this home has a 2 bedroom 1 bathroom located on the 2nd floor. A full kitchen setup with all appliances.

    Triplex with pool shared by all three units, barbecue grill. Feels like you are home- with the beach just steps away! Beautiful view of the Sea. This is the only unit with balcony access. Fully Furnished Kitchen, Cups, silverware included. Part C (upstairs). Pet fee $75 PER PET non-refundable. Message us for more that 1 pet. A family-friendly atmosphere vacation or extended stay! Pool with a slide! (No Diving or Pets allowed in pool) Only minutes away, ferry, marina, golf, shops, and restaurants..

    Everything in Port Aransas is only minutes away, including the beach, ferry, marina, golf, shops and restaurants.
