Say hello to the beach with your stay at Sea Isle Village where island time is happening. Your condo is a great place for relaxation and that quietness you've always dreamed of.
We love that the condo is a short walk to the beach, it makes bathroom breaks and lunch breaks easy for a day on the beach. Worn out after spending the day at the beach or need some quietness. The condo is on the side of the property giving you your own space to kick back and relax, yet still a walk away from the pool.
Your kitchen is stocked with the essentials that you'll need for everyday cooking. The morning coffee is covered whether you are a drip coffee or Keurig user, just pack your favorite flavor of coffee. More of a smoothie or margarita type, we got that too with the blender. Perfect for those cold drinks on hot summer days. Spilled something or kids making a mess, with rags and dishwasher pods under the sink, clean-up is simple and effortless.
The living room is a cozy place to sit back and relax after a day spent at the beach, kick back on the couch or curl up with a blanket and watch your favorite shows. With your large smart tv any of your favorite subscription services is just a click away. Playing board games, cards, and puzzles that are provided on the TV stand, family night is always achievable
Enjoying your meals at the dining table or out at your picnic table is a fabulous place to spend time with family over a bite to eat. Don't forget to feed the seagulls, they love picnics too.
Your sleeping quarters are off the right, with 2 queen-size beds and a large smart tv. The bathroom connecting to the room has a step-in shower and tub. It’s stocked with your essentials, shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and a black microfiber cloth for makeup removal. There is only one hairdryer in the unit, so ladies don't fret about the occasion. Remember you're on island time.
Whether at home or at your beach condo, laundry never goes away. We have an onsite laundry room located at the end of building A. Only $3.00 a load, and we do have quarters in the office. Day or night the laundry room is always open. Shake out the sand or the loose change stuck in those pockets!
The beach towels provided are also great to use at the large pool. Rinse off at the surfboard shower and relax by the pool in lounge or seating areas. You can bring your music, just keep it family friendly. We love that the pool is large and has a true deep end. Don't forget to do a cannonball!
There is a lot to do on the property, volleyball, basketball, pickleball, a large playground and corn hole. The closet to the right of the office has all the sports equipment needed to be borrowed and returned. We also have several park style BBQ grills across the property, so don't forget your charcoal!
You will find a few beach toys and boogie boards in your condo but if you need more you can borrow some from the sports closet; just don't forget to return them.
Our beach walk is by buildings D & E. It has an outdoor shower and a water hose to rinse those beach toys and sandy shoes off. The beach walk is about a football field's length to the beach at marker #3. It’s sidewalk most of the way and turns into a blue mat over the dunes making it easy to pull a wagon or cooler. The walk is pedestrian traffic only, no golf carts. The walk is even lighted for your evening stroll on the beach. Watch out for the coyotes, their homes are the dunes too.
There is plenty of parking on the property and you have 1 assigned space and there is an overflow of parking for additional vehicles. Yes, we are in the golf cart district, so you can park the carts in the golf cart spots or in your assigned space. We even have parking for your trailer or boat in the overflow parking. The boat parking section has electricity for charging motors and water to rinse off your boat.
We take care of our fishermen and women with our fish cleaning station by the overflow parking. The station has water and electricity so late-night cleaning, and electric knives are perfect. 
Often on our Texas beaches tar comes ashore. This can be very messy and hard to clean. Please feel free to use the rags under the sink and rubbing alcohol to make cleaning up easier.
When you are ready to adventure off the property anywhere in Port A is an easy walk, golf cart ride or drive from your condo.  
1/2 mile from the condo is the fishing pier, golf cart beach access, restaurants, gas stations, coffee shop, boutiques, souvenir shops, surf shops, and several bars. Need more ideas for family friendly places, in your condo is a folder full of brochures and menus for all around the island.
