Last minute weekend

This place was great, just a few days before the weekend I decided to take my girls to the beach. This place was the perfect size and location so clean and cute, I was provided with info in a timely manner and very easy to understand. Was able to check in early and it only took us 2 minutes to drive to the beach. Quiet neighborhood close to restaurants and CVS. I will stay here again.

While pulling up to property, it was not very inviting with trash overflowing the trash can, dirty wash cloth on stairs, and a dirty drinking glass sitting on front porch. Inside was clean and felt cozy. There is a broken cabinet door under sink, the floor in the front bathroom felt like I was going to fall through it by the toilet, and we couldn’t get some of the outlets (front bathroom, etc) to work. Otherwise the place was decent, safe neighborhood, and was quiet. Walking distance to some shops.

Mini Vaycay Port A

Called office and complained about ants in kitchen and bedroom bathroom shower wall. Bedroom tub was clogged. I was told that an exterminator would come by and spray. There was never an indication that this transpired. Someone came and unclogged the hallway bathroom but not the bedroom bathroom where the actual problem was.
