Beach Views and Cozy

  • Relax on the beach! Unwind in the beach breeze on the balcony of this charming third story condo viewing a sunrise over the beach and the Gulf. Enjoy the same beautiful views from all windows inside the condo - even relaxing in bed. This unit is best suited for a couple or small family as it is an efficiency size studio; it is not suitable for four adults.

    Beds include one King size bed and a Queen size sofa sleeper. This studio has a fully equipped kitchen, including a full size refrigerator.

    The beach is only a block away and a very short stroll to the sand and surf. The complex provides free WiFi in the club house and on the gazebo next to the pool. The pool area has just been renovated. For more adventure, go fishing in Packery Channel or on Bob Hall Pier. There is a 24 hour exercise center on site and a business center.

    This unit has free WiFi and one dedicated parking space. This unit is located on floor three. There is no elevator in any of the buildings in this condominium complex.

    No smoking allowed. No pets allowed.
