Welcome to Beaches & Cream, a relaxed coastal retreat designed for carefree, comfortable gatherings with family and friends. With four bedrooms, four bathrooms, this inviting home offers plenty of room to spread out while keeping everyone connected in its bright, open living spaces.

AMENITIES: At South, enjoy resort-style amenities such as the Cabana Pool with infinity edge; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with infinity edge and splash pad; Tailwind Park, Coastline Fire Lounge and other parks; serene lakes and ponds; a community pier; overlook pavilions and playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE: A vaulted shiplap ceiling sets the tone for the light filled main living room, where two comfortable couches including one sleeper create a relaxed space to gather. The open floor plan seamlessly connects to the dining area, which seats 10 for memorable shared meals. Multiple balconies, accessible from the living room and two bedrooms, extend your living space outdoors and offer the perfect spot to enjoy lake and park views.

SLEEPING QUARTERS: With four bedrooms including three private ensuites, Beaches & Cream is well suited for both families and groups of friends. Two king bedrooms offer luxurious retreats, while a queen bedroom and a bunk style room with four twin beds provide flexibility for kids or additional guests. The home comfortably sleeps 10, with the sleeper sofa adding even more options.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Wonderful house and close to the beach. Great layout! Some construction around but no noise during our stay and paths were clean and well kept.
