Come explore this stunning 3-bedroom, 3.5-bathroom home featuring a private pool, a rooftop deck with breathtaking views, and an astroturf lawn. This home offers everything you need for a perfect coastal vacation experience.

On the first level, you'll discover an inviting open floor plan. The cozy living room features a large flat-screen TV, perfect for gathering around and enjoying movie nights. The spacious kitchen is fully stocked with all-new stainless steel appliances. The dining table offers ample seating, with additional stools along the kitchen bar for extra convenience. There's also a half bathroom located off the kitchen, and a back door that leads to the private pool area, ideal for relaxing and entertaining.

On the 2nd floor, you will find 3 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom, a king bed, and a TV. The second bedroom also offers a king-sized bed and a television. The third bedroom is spacious, with a king-sized and full-sized bed separated by a privacy wall for added comfort. This floor also includes a washer and dryer and access to the rooftop deck, offering amazing views of the town and the Gulf! The living room offers a twin bed.

Experience true local living by visiting the nearby souvenir shops, restaurants, and bars, all within walking distance. Plus, the beach is just minutes away! BONUS: This community is perfect for large groups as it consists of 12 units, each with its private pool!

The guest has access to the entire home. Our community is golf cart-friendly!

* Pool will be heated upon request prior to check-in. Heated to 80-85 degrees. Additional fee of
$50-$100 will be charged.
* NO pets are allowed- a $500 fine will be applied if a pet is on site.

The place was very clean, enjoyed the private pool and top sitting area. The beds were a little uncomfortable, but we were so happy with the place that we didn't seem to mind very much.

The beds were very hard and uncomfortable, didnt sleep comfortably at all. The pillows were flat. The kitchen was not supplied properly for a family. The pots and pans were too small so we went and bought pots to use. A crockpot and a Keurig coffee pot would have been nice.The condo was very nice and roomy!
