Introducing Cherry on Top OV27. On the pond and two doors from the community pool, Cherry on Top offers 4 bedrooms with plenty of sleeping options: the party room has two bunk beds and a hide-a-bed sleeping 6 comfortably; the dual master bedrooms both have a private bath and king sized bed; and the family bedroom has a full over queen bunk bed, perfect for three. There’s even a hide-a-bed in the living room. There is a full bath on the main floor and a half bath under the house in the party area. A house on stilts gives you the perfect place to park or get together, and this Cherry comes complete with a bar, half bath and a small PRIVATE POOL. TVs in every room and a smart TV in the living room if you want to bring your Netflix log in. Ocean Village's Cherry on Top is a great place to make new memories. No garage access.
Larger family group? Need more room?! There’s Money in the Banana Stand is right next door and in the primo poolside location! There's Money in the Banana Stand is a 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom that offers 2 king master suites that include private baths. One bunk room with 2 bunks that sleeps 4. - Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.
- A 2-3 night minimum stay is required.
- Contracting guests must be at least 25 old, have a valid State Driver’s License or other acceptable ID, and present throughout the entire stay

- Clean towels & linens. (all our properties are supplied with one set of sheets for all beds. Bath towels are supplied per number of people the house sleeps. We do not provide beach towels)
- A well-equipped kitchen. (dishes, silverware, pots, pans, coffee maker, microwave and large appliances). Note that food products such as spices or seasoning are not provided for safety reasons.
- These starter supplies are provided in the property as a convenience until you can go shopping: hand/bath soap, shampoo & conditioner, toilet paper, paper towels, dish soap, dishwasher detergent, trash bags, and a sponge.

Cute place, great for little kids

We had fun at Cherry on Top. Great location to the beach and nice little pool to play in when we were ready to be closer to our home away from home.

Who wouldn’t like a Cherry On Top

House is nice with many extras however the floor needs to be replaced as some raised screws and flipped panels are a safety hazard. The pool requires cleaning, lots of sand.

I wish there were more towels available as each person got only 1 towel which leaves you washing bath towels every day. The floors were all cracked and coming apart which was not disclosed. There isn’t a ton of space in the kitchen either and no ice maker.

Floors were very bad couldn’t walk on them . Our Dod was scared 😱 to even walk on them . One one the bathrooms sink was clogged. Color scheme throughout the house needs redone.. pool had too much chlorine in it. Over was not very happy with this house I give it 3 rating.

Great stay! It was good for our family of 6 adults. The only negative was that the bedrooms got really hot at night even with the AC set low. The king beds were also a bit uncomfortable however having a private pool and a pet friendly property was great!

The place was spotless and so pretty, the private pool was a great plus for our family of 10, 4 rooms 3 baths upstairs (2 master bedrooms) and the half bathroom next to the pool was very useful. Amazing location near the beach., convenience stores and restaurants. We couldn’t ask for more! Can’t wait to go back!!

Clean, Smart Check-In, Attentive Property Manager

A mix of families and young and middle aged partygoers in this complex which was probably a mile from public beach access. Loved that my big dog could stay with us (although property listing incorrectly said only under 20 lb dogs but that was cleared up before we left). Great size and plenty of kitchen wares. Pick up groceries before you take the ferry across to Port A, so you can spend more time on sandcastles and relaxing at the pool.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our family of 19 stayed at Cherry on Top and There’s Money in the Banana Stand for 4 nights in July. The ability to park under the house was a bonus that allowed us to congregate and grill in a shaded area. We spent about half of the day at the beach and the rest at the Cherry pool. The grandkids loved it! The dryer was out of service at Cherry but we shared the dryer at Banana Stand when needed. The AC worked great in both units, the beds were comfortable, check in and checkout was smooth. This was the best setup we have stayed in at PA so far and Port A Escapes provided great service.

Cherry on top beach vacay 2019

If I could make some changes, it would be beach access #1. It’s not a long haul to the beach and thankfully we rented a golf cart, which helped. The pool is very small and although private, the houses are right next door to one another. Friendly neighbors though! The house did not come with many staples and even though it didn’t mention that it would, we have been spoiled by other homes that did. Overall, it’s a nice place
