The outdoor space is a true oasis, complete with a private HEATED pool and outdoor shower-perfect for rinsing off after a fun day in the sun. Walking distance to all of your favorite restaurants! GOLF CART ACCESSIBLE.

This property can accommodate up to 10 guests.

Our kitchen is stocked with all of your cooking needs and new appliances. Washer and dryer ready for your use.

-HEATED POOL: **only heated nov-april** PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT THIS POOL WILL NOT GET AS HOT AS A HOT TUB.

THIS POOL IS HEATED BY A HEAT PUMP. THE MAXIMUM TEMPERATURE IS ABOUT 80-85 DEGREES, BUT IT DEPENDS ON THE TEMPERATURE OUTSIDE. IT WILL ONLY GET TO ~20 DEGREES HIGHER THAN THE OUSIDE TEMPERATURE.





-Parking is tight. There is room to park a maximum of 3 vehicles (including a golf cart) We do not have room for RVs, boats, or trailers.



-BUGS: We have a pest control company that comes to the property once a month. Unfortunately,

because of the climate, roaches loves Port A and if you find one, please let us know immediately

and we will have the pest control company come back out to spot treat.

Happy Fourth of July

This bungalow was great! We would definitely stay there again. You don’t have an ocean view but you do have easy access to the beach. Watching the fireworks from the rooftop deck gave us a front row seat. It was great having our own small very clean private pool. Great property!

The house itself was ok! Nothing special. Identifying it as a “pool” would have led me to believe you could swim or at least splash around in it! It was not long enough for a 6’ man to stretch out much less make a swim move. Nor was it a hot tub although it may have been heated! No one in my group had any desire to find out. Swim trunks were put away immediately.

The place was incredibly nice and clean! The neighborhood was peaceful and quiet, which we thoroughly enjoyed. We particularly loved the backyard and rooftop. The communication with the host was very easy. I would highly recommend staying here!
