Our home is centrally located in Corpus Christi with access to beaches and local restaurants within a 10 minute drive. Stores like Walmart and H-E-B are within five minutes. Or a day trip to Port Aransas, which is within 30 minutes.

Nice house and yard but not the cleanest. I had to wipe down handles, doorknobs and counters when we arrived. The fridge looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a while. The outdoor furniture wasn’t really usable and there was cat vomit all over the picnic table.
