Sunny beach days and cool gulf breezes await at this bright, airy condo in Corpus Christi. With Whitecap Beach just a quick drive or bike ride away, this is a place to spend your vacation swimming, sunbathing, and collecting seashells on the shore.

This condo sits on the first floor of Mystic Harbor, a canalside complex with an outdoor swimming pool and a dock for your use. You'll be within blocks of restaurants, shops, bars, and entertainment for all ages, and less than two miles from the broad expanse of Whitecap Beach.

Whether you choose to spend your days swimming, boating, or fishing, you'll find the perfect spot to unwind outside on the shaded balcony. Enjoy a view of the pool and a small bistro table for morning coffee, afternoon snacks, and sunset cocktails and card games.

Inside, you'll be greeted by a cool blast of central air conditioning, a washer/dryer to refresh your swimsuits and beach towels nightly, and a wonderfully open layout. There's a well-equipped kitchen with every essential appliance, a large dining table, and TVs in both the living room and the bedroom. Complimentary WiFi is provided for your convenience as well.

**Due to the location of our rentals, you may encounter situations with wildlife/pests. We had a great stay! The apartment was comfortable and well maintained. The bed was nice and comfortable too! We enjoyed the pool and back channel area at night! Customer service was great!

Perfect space for R&R

When planning for a visit to Corpus, this property fits the bill! Well appointed and situated in a lovely area of Padre Island. Walking distance to our new favorite coffee shop, Island Joe's. If you are looking for sun, sand, and beautiful sunsets, look no further. Mystic Harbor 104 is perfect!

Great Vacation Getaway

We stayed here for the Holiday. It was close to the beach and allowed us to enjoy the water but also be close enough to rest afterwards without a long drive. We visited a few places in Corpus Christi like the USS Lexington. It was nice to just have family time and relax. We loved the ability to cook dinners for our family. We will be back next year!!

We really emjoyed our stay. The condo was nice and clean and had everything we needed as far as coffee pot, pans and utensils. The bed was comfy and we really enjoyed the swimming pool and the pool towels were a nice amenity. We will return.

The condo is very clean, well kept and appears to be newly re-modled. We felt very safe because you had to have a code to enter the building. The pool is really nice! The outside if the building is a bit older.

Not a fancy vacation hone but a good obe for the price. The condo is old but clean and spacious enough for us. The only thing you’ll need to bring is coffee. Everything else is provided. Plenty of towels and kitchen utensils. Greatly appreciated. Will book agai. In Novemver!

Very nice and clean. The only downsize was there was no parking permit (waited 3 hours for one) and only 1 roll of toilet paper. We were given the wrong door code to entry the complex.

Clean Enjoyable Stay

Apartment was very clean. The boat docks were a good place to waste time fishing for small fish and relaxing. Perfect location for anyone who loves to fish. Close to food and shopping. Only issues: no wash cloths for shower but ample towels. Hot water lasted about 5-7 minutes for the shower. So if you both need a shower space it out about a hr. Also no hot tub to be found.

Mystic magic

It as everything that was promised. The location was perfect for everything we wanted to do. The bed and shower were especially nice and comfortable. Our unit was south facing so the patio was in the shade and comfortable all the time. It was adequately furnished in the kitchen. I personally would have liked a footstool available and maybe some smaller cereal bowls, but that is just me. We would definitely stay here again and will if we come back. The staff were right on the spot if I had any questions or issues. It felt very clean and welcoming. A bath/shower mat would also have been useful, but not absolutely necessary.

Spring Break 2024

Lovely property. We were a family of 4 with a teenager and toddler. Kids slept on pull out. Sheets didn't fit but there was plenty of blankets. Both TVs where smart TVs and the WiFi was quick. Having a washer and dryer was amazing washed everything before we headed home. No jacuzzi as stated but I expected that from the other reviews. Someone was out cleaning the pool area each morning we where there. CVS and other restaurants within walking distance. Definitely somewhere we could come back too.

Quick weekend

Overall it was clean & fine. I felt safe, car was safe. We were given an incorrect front door code & had to stand outside for 45 minutes while I tried to contact customer service. When I got ahold of someone, they didn’t know the front door code. Finally a neighbor let us in and told us the code. I think the AC had been off because it was hot at first, but cooled down quickly. Some dead crickets on kitchen floor, but everything else was clean. The washing/drying machine is the tiniest I have ever seen. You can only do about 5-6 pieces of laundry before it’s full, and the machine was right next to the TV so you couldn’t watch TV with the washer on—too loud. Overall it was good.
