The heated saltwater pool was a pleasant amenity, as was the hot tub. The condo was fine, the floor was sandy, hadn't been thoroughly cleaned, but the rest of the condo was as described.We had a good time, the location was excellent, it was quiet and great access to the beach.

Wonderful Trip

We needed time just to get away and relax. We enjoyed our stay at this property very much. We were steps from the beach. The apartment was really nice. Would highly recommend it!

The mattress on the sofa bed does need to be replaced as it is very flimsy and could not accommodate an adult. Our 10 yr old boy was fine on it though. We had an incident with the unit above us where the A/C overflowed and leaked through the ceiling. However, the maintenance guy was there in a flash and got it fixed. Team was extremely responsive.

History of great customer service in the past with quick turn around time responses re requests. This trip was different. Requested early check in and no response. Did get a message 2 min before check in time that the room was ready. We always leave the evening before the check out time. IMO, it seems the business culture has changed.
