About this property

Great Beach House for family and friends!

  • Six Bedrooms, 4 full baths, 6 queen beds, 4 twin beds

    3 story house built in 2005

    Main Level:

    You enter on the main level which is the second floor. The living, kitchen and dining areas are located here and two bedrooms, each with a queen bed, and one full bath.

    Third Floor:

    Large master suite with a queen size bed and a huge bathroom complete with garden tub. Fourth bedroom, queen bed, is also on this floor with a full bathroom.

    Downstairs:

    5th bedroom is the Bunk room with 2 sets of twin bunk beds and 6th bedroom with 2 queen beds. Laundry room is located here as well.

    There are also 3 twin roll a ways in the home. There is a one car garage for your use. In the garage there are a few beach toys for you convenience. The home offers wireless internet and has a charcoal grill. There is a $100 pet fee that is non refundable.

    Sleeps 16, excluding the 3 roll a ways, 12 dining seats, 1 car garage, but can fit at least 2 more cars in each of the two driveways. No street parking is allowed.

Vacation at the beach.

We had a few rainy days in Port Aranas, but our family still had a great time at the beach. Our house was very spacious and was within walking distance to the beach. Our grandkids enjoyed it very much!! Great memories were made!!

Great family beach house

The house was as shown on the site. It was clean and had everything we needed: towels, TP, soaps, dishes, cookware, etc. it also had a lot of games. Also close to the boardwalk and a restaurant. We were very happy with our stay, everyone enjoyed staying there.

Our second year here for 2 months. Great location. Ocean views. Very roomy. Tonya is very prompt to respond to any issue, often in just minutes. Lots of beach chairs and toys. Incredibly well stocked kitchen. Do be aware that all dining seating is on highboys.

Port Aransas fishing trip

Location is fantastic. Easy short walk to the beach. Fantastic Texas State Aquarium short drive to Corpus. Ferry system extremely efficient with little to no wait. Only con was dead roaches and dead birds in flue of fireplace. We took care of those issues ourselves with no response from property manager.

We had a wonderful time. We did run out of toilet paper but that was an easy fix. We rented a golf cart and was quite surprised with the discount. Thank you for that. We had one with a foot boot and my husband and I are older so the stairs were a challenge but stayed on the main floor just fine. Thank you for a wonderful vacation.

Great Home for Big Family Vacation

My husband and I wanted to get the kids and grandkids together for a big family vacation. This home was perfect! The 6 bedrooms worked perfectly. The 2 bedrooms on the 3rd floor have their own bathroom. The 2 bedrooms on the 2nd floor were perfect for my kids with kids 3 and under, as it was right off the kitchen, dining and living area. The first floor was great for the tween and teenager. We all fit perfectly and were very comfortable. The kitchen was big enough to have both my daughter and I cooking and preparing food at the same time. The walk to both the beach and pool was easy and painless. The dining room table sat 8 and even had a highchair. The living room was comfortable, with several games and throw blankets. They were well prepared for all of us with bedding, pillows and towels. It truly was the best home we have ever rented in Port A. We plan on returning next year.

Multi-Family Fun

Our group of 16 had a great stay at this property. The host was quick to respond to questions, not only before reserving, but also during the stay. The property fit our needs, including allowing 2 pets. The kitchen was possibly the best stocked kitchen we’ve experienced in a vacation rental. Bed mattresses weren’t phenomenal, but adequate for a short stay. During our stay there was an issue with the A/C. The host was easy to contact and responded immediately. An A/C repairman was on scene in short time addressing the issue. Again the service and attention from the host was great. Location, location, location. This neighborhood is a favorite of ours and this property is located on a prime spot in the neighborhood, allowing easy access to the beach for those sunrise beach walks. Some aspects of this property are dated, but everything is well represented in the photos with no surprises, and the price is right. I do think it would be a nice upgrade to develop some additional ground level patio area in the rear of the property. This property is priced well, with a great host, and prime location. The pet fee was fair and no weird rules making you feel like you really shouldn’t bring them. All in all a satisfying stay.
