Enjoy a game of cards or mahjong in a cozy nook on the second floor with a provided mahjong set and card table. An adjacent dining area seats 10 at a handsome table. Stools at the kitchen island and a charming breakfast nook with pillow-lined banquet seats even more guests. The cook in your group will appreciate the well-stocked kitchen, with built-in microwave, gas range, upscale fridge, and farm sink. The butler’s pantry offers a coffee corner, open shelving, and wine fridge to helps with entertainment. A powder room on this level also caters to guests.

OUTDOOR SPACES: Front porch seating overlooks other charming homes with glimpses of the Gulf. A side porch’s spiral stair leads to the third-floor crow’s next and a porch with great Gulf views!
