ISLAND VIBES 2.0 has been recently updated with a modern beachy feel. This 2 bedroom 2 bathroom stilt home has stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, shiplap, vinyl flooring, tiled bathrooms and a breakfast bar. There is a fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, free private Wi-Fi, cable tv, towels, linens and plenty of room to relax. Each bedroom will have a Queen-size bed there is also a sleeper sofa for additional guests. Winter Texans and long-term renters are always welcome. Please be aware there are external audio cameras on this property. This is a pet friendly rental. Please request the pool heater when making reservations Pool Heating Fee is $50+tax/day. STR# 382635
Located at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac, there is covered parking for two. Bring your boat, trailer, golf cart and other vehicles. Don’t forget your fishing poles, surf boards, pool floaties and all of your gear. There is a secured storage/laundry room to keep your personal items. Relax on your covered balcony with the sounds and all of the gulf breeze feels. Furry friends are welcome to enjoy the private fenced yard. Wash off the sand in the outdoor shower and take a dip in your private in-ground swimming pool. Other family friendly amenities include a volleyball net, putting green, basketball hoop, yard for playing games and soaking up the sun.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
- The minimum age requirement for reserving and check in is 25. A signed rental agreement with the host and a copy of the contracting guest's drivers license is required
- We do not accept Klarna or Affirm payments
- Cable and Wi-Fi service in Port Aransas can be unreliable due to the unique coastal environment in which we live. We appreciate your understanding that these services are beyond our control. No discounts or refunds will be given for service disruptions.
- This is a PET-FRIENDLY RENTAL. Pet fees are an additional $20.00+tax, per pet, per night. A maximum of 3 pets are allowed. Additionally, a pet-cleaning fee is also charged, which is $50 for stays of 7 days or less, $75 for stays of 8-29 days, and $100 for stays of 30 or more days.

Fantastic Family Vacation

The vacation house was in a great spot that was close to all the places my family wanted to go to!!! The pool was the highlight of the trip and where we spent most of our time while at the house!! Would highly recommend for a family of four like ours, and we also took our two dogs who seemed to love it as well!!

Perfect quite street near all the fun

We have stayed in the property twice and will stay again. They are very centrally located between the shop, food and beach. The street is quite and great after a day at the beach to relax and recharge for the next day.

Yearly stay in Port A

Our friends and us have been coming to Port A every year for the past 7 yrs and this is by far the best vacation spot we have stayed at. We did have a little plumbing issue a I called and someone was there within 20 minutes to fix the problem. We were very pleased how fast you sent someone and the young man was very polite and friendly and was able to fix the issue quickly. The only issue I had was the pillows provided were not comfortable to use and the bed sheet would not stay in place, Otherwise everything else was great and we will definitely book here again. Thank you so much!

Weekend in Port A

We truly enjoyed our stay! Everything was clean and neat and we had everything we expected to have in a rental property. Plenty of towels! We enjoyed sitting on the balcony porch and especially enjoyed the pool out back. One thing we didn't expect was the small back yard behind the pool! It's perfect for playing yard games. I think our favorite feature was how close the house was to Port A Beer Hut (swing bar). We went every morning and enjoyed their breakfast!

My son and I also enjoyed playing basketball in the driveway. Another bonus was that the property had a washer and dryer, so we were able to knock out the laundry before we went home. My only grievance was that the neighboring unit shared the "private yard". We stayed three nights and had a great time, but there were some guests in the adjacent unit on the second night and that's when we discovered that their unit had a gate to our unit's "private yard" and they were playing with their puppy and letting him take care of his business while we were lounging by the pool. Overall, not a big deal, but the shared component of the yard was not disclosed and there was a little less privacy than I would have preferred due to that.

Great place for a small family!

My family and I loved staying here. The house is equipped with everything you need. We even forgot our pack n play for our baby and the house ended up having one. I was hesitant to book because I was worried about the pool with our little ones, but you actually have to go down the stairs outside of the house and through the child locked gate to get to the private pool. The pool stayed nice and cool because of the shade sail above it so it was great to cool off in after a day at the beach! P.s. BRING MOSQUITO SPRAY!

We are early to bed and early risers heading to the beach so this was perfect for us. Pool was good size and flocked with beautiful tropical plants. There are two outdoor showers for guest use which made it for a quick rinse off for all the guests. Plenty of room for 6 guests, large bathrooms, wellEquipped kitchen. Cozy and clean. We would definitely return.

Great location

We really enjoyed our stay at Island Vibes. It’s a quick three minute golf cart or truck ride to public beach access. The rental had everything we needed to cook breakfast and lunches. If I had to suggest one thing I would probably suggest investing in a new grill. We did bring our own beach towels and chairs but there were some beach amenities in the downstairs storage. The fenced in dog area was perfect for our two fur babies. The pool area had plenty of seating and was a tropical oasis in warm afternoons. You do have the option to pay additional to warm the pool but we did not. It was a little cold for us to swim but with the cool coastal breezes we were very comfortable sitting outside mornings, afternoons and evenings. The rental is so close to restaurants, shopping and grocery/gas. There a few dining options within walking distance. We highly recommend renting a golf cart and would return to this villa in the future!

Having our own pool was great and we did use it in between going to the beach. Pet friendly and even had spare poop bags under the kitchen sink...thank you! Only thing I would recommend is a sign in the back area with the putting green posting that it is private property. I watched the people that were staying in the rentals right across the driveway let their dog out to wander into the yard and use it and didn't pick up after it so I did. Beyond that this place is located close to everything. Not close enough for me to walk to the beach but it's just a short drive. Me and my family would definitely stay here again.

Great Vacation Location!

This is a wonderful house in Port A! It is in a neighborhood that is close to everything and oh, so quiet and peaceful! You can catch a cool sea breeze from the deck and swim in a crystal clear pool (the water felt great!). Buy a parking pass and drive to the beach in minutes--you don't have to haul all your stuff down the street or over a dune. It's also a quick trip to the grocery store, Fins, or the coffee shop! No pics this time--we ended up so chilled that I did not take a single photo! Just know the house is impeccably clean, comfy, and roomy for a couple or a small group. Well outfitted for our stay. It's pet friendly, too!
