Welcome to Unit B (Heart of Port Aransas) at Casa Azul, a recently modernized raised beach house in the heart of the Port Aransas golf cart zone. Unit B is one upstairs side of our duplex: 2 bedrooms, 2 full baths, vaulted ceilings and lots of natural light. The beach is a short golf cart or car ride away (about 1.7 miles), and restaurants, bars, live music, fishing charters, the public boat ramp and the community park are all close by.

DOGS WELCOME
Dogs of any size are welcome (up to 2). There is a $35 pet fee per stay. Please crate dogs when they are left unattended and pick up after them in the yard.

PARKING
Free on-site parking in your unit's own area, with room for multiple vehicles, a boat trailer or a golf cart. Please don't park on or across the street; the city issues tickets.

GOOD TO KNOW
- Raised house: stairs up to the unit, no elevator
- Check-in 4 PM with self check-in (keypad), checkout 11 AM
- Exterior security cameras on the driveway, entryways and backyard (outside only)
- The second bedroom closet is owner storage
- Quiet hours 11 PM to 7 AM
- Small family celebrations are welcome; no large parties
