  • Lite House is a brand new 2 bedroom, 1 bath bungalow that provides the perfect location for enjoying the beach, fishing, dining and just having fun in the Port Aransas area.

    Lite House offers a wonderful open floor plan. The nicely equipped kitchen has everything you need to cook a delicious dinner. The dining table offers seating for 6. Relax in the spacious living room while watching your favorite shows on the Smart flat screen TV.

    The warm tones of the spacious master bedroom sets the tone for a relaxing night's sleep. This bedroom offers a plush king size bed with a flat screen TV. The bunk room has a set of full over full beds. Both bedrooms share the full size bathroom in the hall. The bathroom features a walk-in shower.

    Lite House is close to the beach, shares a pool and is the perfect location for you next getaway to Port Aransas.

    Two parking spaces available. Minimum age of primary renter must be 25+ of age.

Very quaint and clean property for our family vacation. Great beachy decor! Perfect for a small family since it is a 2 bed 1 bath. Very close to beach access and all of the Port A hot spots. Ample parking too. Would recommend this property for a nice cozy getaway!

The stay at the Lite House was very enjoyable. The space was clean and tidy with easy access and a nice parking space. The location is great for Port Aransas, close to everything. Communication with the owner was excellent. I would definitely recommend a stay here.

Nice and clean cozy place

We came out in a fishing trip to Port A and stayed at this place. Everything was super clean up on our arrival. A short walk to the beach. The owner has an ocean-themed decor inside which goes really well with the location. Property manager was prompt and responsive - we only needed to communicate before the trip, our stay there during the weekend was smooth as it could be.
