Zero effort and a lot of problems.

The place is clean but has issues like duct taped microwave, hard to turn fixtures, and NO TV subscriptions. I couldnt watch tv and refused to buy into a system for a short time. I rented for 28 days and left after 12 because of the crazy winter storm at my home. I was worried about all my pipes freezing etc. I asked them to try to rent it and all I got was excuses. When I asked VRBO, I got different answers. The host also kept saying "I will get with the owner" and it turns out she was the owner. They never tried to re list the property. Zero effort. Rent somewhere else!
