Wonderful stay

We stayed about 10 full days and the condo was very very clean. Location was great, on a canal close to beaches and restaurants. Very quiet even with some construction in the area. My wife and I would love to stay again our next time down to the island.

Fantastic place

Beautiful little condo. Perfect size for a base camp where you have close access the beach, packery channel, and whatever else you are wanting to access in Corpus! Would definitely recommend!

Beaches and more beaches

Place was decent along with the area. I was there from Jan 1 to Feb 15 and the weather was not great at all. If you fish this is certainly the spot as everyone seems to have a boat and/or gear on their vehicle. Only negative on place is no sharp knives and takes a bit for the hot water to show up. Troy communicated well leading up to and during my stray.

Great for weekend fishing trip

Stayed here over a weekend because it was much cheaper than the hotels. Host was excellent with communication, even though this was a last minute booking. Very accommodating. The boat slip was an absolute bonus. Was great to not have to load/unload the boat multiple times a day. Lots of street parking for the truck/trailer. Will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Love the Spinnaker

While the current construction is a pain, the unit was very clean and had everything we needed. The bed was very comfortable and since we were there for the big game, the big screen TV was excellent. We have stayed in many other units at the Spinnaker, and this by far was one of the nicest.

Weekend Getaway

Everything as is stated in the ad and other reviews. The property is clean and quiet. There is some construction on the outside but the contractors are very polite. The location is perfect for the beach or Mustang Island. I will definitely be returning soon and bringing my boat!
