This is my second time to stay at the Beach Club. The first time we had ants in the kitchen. This time the were a number of problems. The internet in the condo was HORRIBLE. It was so bad that the kids could not use their tablets, I couldn't check emails, and the smart tv worked occassionally. We figured it out that if you really wanted to use the internet, you needed to be right next to the router to do so. The people above us were so incredibly loud all day and all night. It sounded like the were drilling through the floor, there were nights that my children had a hard time falling a sleeping with the loud bangs that would hit their floor/our ceiling. The hallway to our condo was always covered in sandy foot prints like someone walked straight off the beach into the hallway. There was also a dirty diaper in the hallway for a good 2 days, gross. The pool needed to be cleaned. We were there for 6 days and everyday we would get clumps (I mean huge clumps) of hair on us while swimming in the pool. The hot tub was out of order for a few days while we were there, then it was back in working conditions. However, the water temperature was too hot to even get in it. At one time there were about 8 kids in it, standing and peeing in it. Finally, as we were loading up and cleaning up our condo from our stay, my kids and I took our trash out at 10:30 and returned at 10:35 to find out that we had been locked out of our condo. We did not do the checkout link or anything. I still had my phone and car keys in the condo. Luckly the patio door was still unlocked so I had to climb over the patio railing to get back in the condo. This is unacceptable to lock your guests out before check out time or before being notified your guest are checking out.
