Welcome to Life’s Just Beachy, a stunning new build where coastal serenity meets modern luxury. Designed with a sunny, beachy vibe and filled with upscale amenities, this 4-bedroom home is perfect for family getaways or group retreats. Step out your back door to the sparkling community pool and full-service fitness center, or step out the front door to access the Sandy Paws dog park. This home has everything you need for a relaxing, easy-breezy escape on the Texas coast.

AMENITIES: At ‘South,’ enjoy resort-style pools that include the Cabana Pool with infinity edge, hammocks, and views of South Town Lake; the new Splish Splash Family Pool with splash pad; and intimate Neighborly Square Pool. Parks offer green space: Tailwind Park, South Shore Park, and others; a boardwalk around South Town Lake & Leisure Lake; a community pier and fishing pavilions, and a playscape. You also can access amenities at Cinnamon Shore North: pools, lakes, fitness center, on-site restaurants, and Town Center fun.

MAIN LIVING SPACE:
Bright, breezy, and beautifully furnished, the second-floor main living space is the heart of the home. Vaulted and beamed ceilings add spaciousness, while large windows fill the room with natural light. The space flows seamlessly between the kitchen, dining, and living areas, creating a perfect setup for group gatherings. A gourmet Kenmore kitchen features all-new appliances, a beverage and wine cooler, and a coffee bar on both levels. With island seating for five and dining for eight, there’s ample room to cook, serve, and enjoy meals together. Lounge on cozy couches, a sectional, and accent chairs, or step out onto the deck with Gulf-facing views for a peaceful sunset or morning coffee.

SLEEPING QUARTERS:
Three bedrooms feature private ensuites and walk-in closets, while the primary suite offers direct balcony access and plenty of space to unwind. Two built-in bunks (each with a twin and a full bed) create a fun and functional sleeping area perfect for kids or extra guests. A sleeper sofa in the living room adds even more flexibility for larger groups. All bedrooms (except the bunk room) include Smart TVs, and the living room is outfitted with a Sonos home theater system for high-quality entertainment.

Incredible design, furnishings, and location!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is absolutley incredible! It did not feel like a rental as it was furnished and stocked as if someone with great style lived there full time. The home is larger than the photos and very comfortable - great couch, great outdoor furniture, high quality mattresses, full stocked kitchen, high end decorations, the list goes on! The area around it is fully developed and it overlooks the pool with an easy path to the beach and close to the main highway. I couldn't recommend this place enough as the quality of the home greatly improved our overall trip!
