The private, wrap-around balcony is sure to be the highlight of your stay, with the perfect vantagepoint of the endless miles of Port Aransas beaches. With counter-height seating and additional tables on the balcony, catching up with friends and family while overlooking the gorgeous ocean is easy to come by!

The living space is light and bright with calming cool tones and includes a two sectional sofas with one additional lounge chair to catch the Sunday night game from.

For the entertainer of the group, there is a gorgeous, newly remodeled kitchen awaiting your arrival. Stocked with all the items you will need to use this space to its fullest, enjoying a meal with a view is done easily here. There is a dining table with seating for up to 8 guests and additional seating for 4 at the bar.

The master bedroom has a king bed and full attached bath with walk-in shower and additional shower/tub combo. The second guest bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has a queen-sized bed with a twin as well. Each bedroom offers a stunning view of the coastline, and the guest bedrooms share a second, full-sized bathroom in the hall. For added sleeping arrangements there is also a sleeper sofa in the living area!
