  • The Sandpiper Condominiums Unit 703 is a tasteful beach condo located on the 7th floor. This unit rents as a 2 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom Condo and is completely ocean front. You and your guests will enjoy this unit for your beach vacation to Port Aransas.
    This unit is fully equipped for all of your vacation needs and decorated very beach like. The Living Area is great for family time and filled with wonderful views of the Gulf of Mexico. The furnishings are very comfortable and you can enjoy a movie on the 47” flat screen TV with a Blu-Ray player connected.
    The Master Suite has a King sized bed and 32” flat screen TV along with comfortable furnishings to make you feel right at home. The connected Master Bathroom provides privacy from the group and plenty of space for it! There is a tiled walk in shower with plenty of shelving for your toiletries.
    In the Guest Bedroom there are 2 Twins that suit the kiddos perfectly as well as a 32” flat screen TV and Blu-Ray player. Connected to this room and the hallway is the Second Bathroom designed with a full sized tub with shower capabilities.
