Sandpiper Condominiums 307, Panoramic Gulf Views w/ direct access to Mustang Island/Port A beaches.

This inviting and sun filled unit has been completely remodeled inside, including new porcelain tile flooring throughtout the unit! The Kitchen has been beautifully remodeled with gorgeous granite counter tops and matching Samsung appliances. The Tall Breakfast Bar sits 3 for quick meals or the dining table seats 8. the Dining Table is fantastic for wonderful and fresh seaside dishes. The Living Room has a new sleeper sofa(and upgraded mattress)/loveseat with a 55” Flat Screen TV for relaxation.

The Master Suite has an inviting King sized bed, 42” Flat Screen TV, and full sized closets to hang your belongings to feel right at home at this beachside condo. The attached and private Master Bathroom has been remodeled to include granite countertop, upgraded fixtures, and a beautiful walk-in shower with glass doors..
The Guest Bedroom has a Queen sized bedas well as a tein bed, 39” Flat Screen TV and full closet. For convenience the fully remodeled Second Bathroom is attached to this room and the hallway and has a tiled combination shower/tub.

You'll find this unit to be fresh, welcoming, and full of light while experiencing Port A and creating lifelong beachside memories.
