  • Sea Gull Condominiums Unit 804 on Mustang Island is an 8th floor beach front 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom vacation rental featuring a Gulf of Mexico view from the living room, dining room and kitchen. The totally remodeled kitchen has stainless steel appliances, granite counter tops and full sized pantry for storage of all groceries. Master bedroom has a king sized bed and attached bathroom with walk in shower. The guest bedroom has 2 double beds and adjacent bathroom has newly renovated tub/ shower and granite top sink. Condo has all new tile, carpet in bedrooms and bedding. 3 flat screen TVs - 50" smart, 47" and 24" all with cable and DVD's. Free high speed wireless throughout condo. Desk in living room for laptop. Blue cabinet in living room has games. Condo has 3 ceiling fans, plantation shutters, and sunshades. 2 tall and 2 regular pipe chairs and tables on private patio for relaxing and overlooking the beach. Condo sleeps 6.
    *** A deposit of first night rate, plus tax and $35 non-refundable fee is required and will be charged at time of reservation booking.
