Plan your next vacation to this beautiful beach home, conveniently located close to the neighborhood pool and beach boardwalk in Port Aransas's popular Sand Point subdivision. Sit on the upstairs deck and enjoy the ocean breeze with your favorite beverage, or make your way inside to relax in the comfort of this coastal getaway!

This listing is for the entire home. The upstairs unit has an open-concept floorplan, along with three bedrooms and two full bathrooms. The living area is a great place to take it easy after a day at the beach. It has two comfy couches with one of them being a queen sleeper sofa. The main bedroom has a king bed, an armoire, access to the front balcony, and an ensuite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The second upstairs bedroom has a king bed and dresser. The third room provides extra places to sleep with two sets of bunk beds: one twin-over-twin and one twin-over-full! The bunk room provides a place for kids to play or watch TV away from the main living area! There is a bathroom with a tub/shower combo, 2 sinks, and a linen closet.

The downstairs is a separate one-bedroom, one-bathroom apartment with high ceilings and an open-concept layout. The den, dining area, and kitchen are spacious and wide enough for a wheelchair or walker to navigate. The den has two couches, with one being a queen sleeper sofa. This unit also has a large main bedroom with a king bed and a dresser. The bathroom has a large walk-in shower with a small lip for easy access and a grab bar next to the toilet. The ramp outside of this unit adjacent to the parking area is wheelchair accessible.

Both the upstairs and downstairs units have fully equipped kitchens and full-size washers & dryers. All the bedrooms and living areas have ceiling fans, flat-screen/smart TVs, and access to high-speed internet (WI-FI). All bedrooms have closet storage, hardwood floors, and beds with top-quality mattresses and plush linens.

NOTE: This listing is for the entire house. We also offer the upstairs and downstairs units separately in the non-peak seasons through separate listings (Upstairs 3BR/2BA #161042 or Downstairs 1BR/1BA #1641073).

Please note that the Sand Point neighborhood has a 3-night minimum during peak rental season and holidays. Non-peak rental season is only a 2-night minimum. January and February are set aside for Winter Texans with a 60-day minimum rental at a reduced rate; contact us for details.

Great Weekend at the Beach

We had a great stay near the beach and pool. Kitchen was well equipped. We especially appreciated having two sets of washers and dryers with the large group of people we had. We could also utilize both kitchens as needed. Thanks for the accommodations!

Great Family Vacation

The listing is spot on! We have a family of 11 and the two units was plenty of space for everyone. The house has everything you need! Very clean and spacious. The neighborhood is peaceful, the walk to the beach is short and easy, the pool clean and Jacuzzi relaxing! Property manager is so friendly easy to get ahold of. Thank you for giving us the opportunity to make lasting memories. We hope to be back again soon!

Would stay again

The only thing we were a little disappointed with was not having two separate bunk beds in the other room, we saw the pictures had 2, but when we arrived there was only one with a pull out sofa, so 2 of my kids were pretty disappointed iut of the bed situation... Just might want to update the online photos.

Perfect for families

We had a small issue when we checked in Suzanne was super on top of it and had it taken care of immediately. She was very attentive polite and helpful. The property was wonderfully located - an really easy walk to the pool and slightly longer walk to the boardwalk and beach. Perfectly accessible. It was fantastic for our small kids to not have stairs and parents on different floors than the bunk room. I’ve also been to lots of other rentals in the area and this was the best kept up. The kitchen wares were in good shape and everything had been thought of.

This was an excellent property for our family vacation. The grandparents had a comfortable, private apartment on the ground floor, while the middle aged parents and their teenage children had the upstairs unit. The place was clean, comfortable and well-appointed. There were well-placed device charging extension cords throughout, and a nicely stocked kitchen. Everything worked well. It was great being two doors down from the pool and a quick walk to the beach. We enjoyed the breeze on the upstairs porch in particular.The only thing missing from the listing is that there are no beach items—like chairs, or shelter—provided. If we had known this, we would have brought some from home. (Beach towels are provided, but in limited number.) There were also no dish towels.These are minor points—this was a lovely place for us to have our annual reunion!

House staff were nice and communicated ahead of time. Beds were comfy. Its 2 doors down from the pool. Bring shampoo and conditioner as they are not provided. Appreciated that the check out process was simple and i did not have to strip the beds!

Perfect for our trip to Sand Fest

location was great. Quiet time at 10 pm seemed to be upheld well with all other properties in our block. Short walk to beach is correct. Walked every morning early... Wonderful. Glad we made the decision to rent a house rather than hotel. I will do it again.

Beach vacation

We had a great time and loved the house. It was super close to the beach, clean, spacious and communication with manager was helpful and timely responses. So much was provided which was really convenient. The floors were a little dirty but that didn’t bother us too much and is understandable with peoooe constantly coming and going. Would totally stay again.

Christmas in Paradise

Three members of the family from three states met at the VRBO house for Christmas. The house was perfect and everyone had a fantastic time. Everything was so convenient and the atmosphere was better than I ever imagined.

We had a great stay. As indicated in other reviews the stairs are a challenge, but all the homes in this area are the same. The home was well stocked and very clean which is a challenge for a beach house.

Family Treat

This was our first family trip instead of Christmas presents! We had so much fun. The house was a perfect fit for our large group! The one family with a child stayed in the downstairs apartment, which was a great separation for their schedule! Everything about our stay was perfect!

30 second walk to beach, 5 second walk to pool and hot tub, covered parking for beach buggy, very few minutes drive to get groceries, well stocked kitchen, sturdy and safe stairs, lots of chirping birds!
